Note to summer campers & parents: Due to allergies, we are a peanut free studio. Please do not pack lunches or snacks for your kids that contain peanut products, thank you!
Why Summer Dance Camp at BBDC?
First and foremost, it’s fun! Kids will form bonds with new friends while developing as dancers. In a normal semester, students will have 18 hours of dance lessons, whereas in camp, kids will have 30 hours of dance lessons and conditioning in our full day program. Students will get almost a year’s worth of lessons in just one week! This is a great way for current students to keep their dancing fresh over the summer break or for beginner students to get exposure to many styles of dance. Camps are broken up by age groups but are designed to cater to many different levels of ability & experience. Our teachers provide a positive and comfortable environment for students to challenge their limits, and maximize their creativity. As we like to say at Broadway Bound: “You’ll never know what you can do, until you try”.
Types of Camps
Half Day: (Ages 4-6 years): $150 per week
Camps for ages 4-6 years will be from 9am until 12pm. We suggest that campers pack a snack for a break, but a lunch will not be needed. Camp will conclude with a performance that will take place at 11:30am on the Friday of camp.
Full Day: (Ages 6-8) & (9-12+ years): $275 per week*
(1st week is an evening camp: $150 during Week 1 for these ages)
Camps for these two age groups will run at the same time but be separated based on age. Beginner to advanced students are welcome. These camps will run from 9am to 3pm (with the exception of the camp beginning June 22nd which will run 3:30pm-6:30pm). Extended day is offered from 3pm-5pm. Camp will conclude with a performance that will take place at 2:30pm the Friday of camp.
Advanced I: (Mini & Petite Core, Purple & Blue Team): $150
Advanced II: (Jr. & Sr. Core, Yellow & Green Team): $175
Advanced camps are open to Team & Core students or by director approval.
Extended Day: (Full day camps): $15 per hour
Extended day is offered Monday – Thursday, 3pm-5pm each day of camp for the full day camps. Please let BBDC know prior to the week starting which days your child will be attending Extended Day.
