Ballet
|
Learn strong ballet technique, classical steps, proper body alignment and vocabulary. This style is fundamental to all serious dancers.

|
Ballet/Jazz
|
This class consists of ½ hour of Ballet and ½ hour of Jazz.
|
|
Ballet/Tap
|
This class consists of ½ hour of Ballet and ½ hour of Tap.
|
|
Cheerdance
|
Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading such as arm placement, leaps, tumbling & stunting. Combine that with fast fun music and formation changes and students are sure to have a good time in class.

|
Hip-Hop
|
Hip-Hop is a fusion of all dance styles. Learn ‘old school’ and ‘new school’ moves to fast paced hip-hop music.

|
Jazz
|
Learn strong jazz technique to popular music. This class focuses on flexibility, turns, leaps, and proper use of your core to improve all areas of dance.

|
Jazz/Tumble
|
This class consists of ½ hour of Jazz and ½ hour of Tumbling.
|
|
Lyrical
|
This class encompasses the use of balance, flexibility, and control utilizing the lyrics and feeling of the music.
|
|
Modern
|
Learn interpretive dance using a contemporary/modern style. This class incorporates balance, control, and extension moves.
|
|
Cheer Dance
|
Hair in a ponytail, tank top, stretchy jazz pants, and white sneakers
|
|
Musical Theatre
|
Be a part of the theatre production TBA. This includes acting, dancing & singing. Auditions TBA.
|
|
Pilates
|
Learn core body conditioning based on the Pilates method. This class helps to develop strength and flexibility from the inside out.

|
Pre-Ballet
|
Learn the basics of ballet while also working on improving motor skills, flexibility and music recognition.
|
|
Tap
|
Learn musical phrasing and tap technique.
|
|
Tumble Tots
|
Learn basics of tumbling while also working on improving motor skills, flexibility, and music recognition.
|
|
Tumbling
|
Learn to tumble using controlled moves such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, limbers, etc. Classes contain gymnastic passes, flexibility moves, and dance choreography.

|
Voice
|
Learn the fundamentals of voice production, posture, breathing and diction to perfect your pitch.
|
|
Yoga
|
Through gentle stretching and supporting postures learn to improve flexibility and strengthen muscles. This class incorporates centering and focusing techniques in a relaxing atmosphere.

Class Break-Down
Recreational Level
- Beginner/Intermediate levels
- Designed for students taking 1-3 classes
- Classes are in the "white" blocks on the schedule
Team Level
- Intermediate levels
- Designed for students taking 4+ classes
- Classes are in the "colored" blocks on the schedule
Core Level
- Advanced/Pre-Professional
- Students are required to take a minimum of 6 hours
- Must audtition or be recommended into the program
