Nichole Wilcott, Director ~ Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop

Ms. Wilcott has been dancing competitively for more than 20 years. A former N.F.L. Cheerleader, she specializes in Jazz, Hip-hop and Contemporary and has trained with reknowned choreographer Brian Friedman. She has studied in New York at the Broadway Dance Center and has worked as a full time dance instructor in the Boston area for many years. In addition, Nichole has shared her expertise with Boston University students as a master dance teacher.

Danielle DiVito, Assistant Director~Modern, Tumbling, Jazz, Ballet/Jazz

Danielle graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University with a B.A. in Dance and Performance Studies and Secondary Education. While at RWU she received the Dance Theatre and Performance Scholarship and the Outstanding Achievement in Dance Award. Danielle has performed with artists throughout New York City, Boston and Rhode Island including Ellis Wood Dance (NYC), Snappy Dance Theater, ANAIKI Dance, DeAnna Pellecchia, Bennett Dance Company and Carey Foster (Boston). She currently dances for Ipswich Moving Company. Danielle is a member of the National Dance Education Organization and has taught dance at St. George School, Providence Academy of International Studies, and Davisville Elementary in RI, Cambridge Montessori School in MA, and Rita Tottenham Studios in CT. She has been teaching at BBDC since December 2006.  

Brian Roberts ~Ballet, Pointe

Brian Roberts trained on scholarship at the School of American Ballet. He was a member of Boston Repertory Ballet, Pennsylvania Ballet and The Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center. He earned his MA in Dance from American University in 1997. Mr. Roberts has taught and/or choreographed at many institutions including New World School of the Arts, Miami City Ballet School - where he was also the Director of Education Outreach, American University, Towson State University and Walnut Hill among others. An excerpt of his ballet Te Yashe was performed by Janet Shibata as a part of Washington Ballet's 20th Anniversary Gala at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.

Pamela Powers ~ Tap

Pamela has an extensive background as a performer, choreographer and teacher.  She is a certified teacher with a Bachelor of  Science in Education.  Pamela started tap dancing at the age of three and has had the privilege of studying over the years with many of the legendary tap greats.  Pamela also studied privately in New York for eight years with the renowned Broadway choreographer, Charles Hughes.  She has taught in the US, England and Germany.  She is a versatile tap dancer, and draws from many dance forms to create interesting choreography.  She has a wonderful rapport with her students and a life-long passion for the Art of Tap Dancing.   

Amie Fabiano ~ Modern, Lyrical

Amie Fabiano graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance and a Minor in Anthropology.  It was there that she was awarded the RWU Dance Performance Scholarship as well as the award for Outstanding Achievement in Dance.  She has had the pleasure of performing works by Heidi Latsky, Sean Curran, Doug Elkins, Heidi Henderson and Christine Bennett.  Amie has been actively teaching and choreographing in the Boston Area for the past eleven years.



Britany Salo ~ Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Ballet/Jazz, Pre Ballet, Hip Hop

A native of Connecticut, Britany is very excited and eager for a new chapter in her career starting here in Massachusetts. Miss. Britany Salo is a graduate from Dean College where she received her bachelor’s in dance and a minor in business in 2012. At Dean, she performed in numerous performances such as Dance Company and Choreographers Showcase. Not only is she an educated dance teacher and choreographer, but she is also proud to add a certification of yoga fit to her accomplishments. Britany has been dancing for the past 22 years. She has competed in numerous competitions all throughout New England, and is very proud to add “Best Choreographer” to her list of accomplishments.  Miss. Britany is a very determined and a detail oriented teacher. Her greatest joy is to see a student transform from an individual to an artist.

Amanda Sadin ~ Ballet/Jazz, Pre Ballet, Tumbling

Amanda is graduate from Dean College where she received her bachelor of arts in dance as well as a minor in business in 2012. At Dean Amanda had the opportunity to perform and also choreograph for many shows such as choreographers showcase, dance team show, and cabaret. Amanda has been dancing for 25 years and has competed in competitions all across New England. She has been recognized at these competitions for high scores and also received student choreography awards for her pieces. Amanda has also had the opportunity to participate in the American Academy of Ballet summer intensive program in Purchase NY where she worked with many world renowned ballet instructors from all over the U.S. Amanda loves being able to share her passion of dance with all her students that she teaches. 

Marissa Daigle ~ Ballet, Modern, Tap, Ballet/Jazz, Ballet/Tap

Marissa graduated from Dean College with a bachelors degree in Arts and Entertainment Management with a concentration in Dance. She has  performed in Disney Land, at Celtics games, and has performed in the Nutcracker with the New England Civic Ballet Company. Marissa was a member of the Dean College Step Team and has also performed in New York City with the Rockette Summer Intensive. She has attended the Dance Teacher Summit Convention where she had the opportunity to work with professional Choreographers in New York City. 

Michelle Canuel ~ Hip Hop, Ballet/Tap, Jazz

Recently moving to Natick, Michelle is excited to join BBDC! Michelle is a 2012 graduate of Dean College where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance, and a minor in business. She has taught ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop in Southern New England for the past 8 years. Michelle also danced for a season with Impact Dance Company in Cambridge, MA after college. Previous training also includes the Rockette Summer Intensive and the American Academy of Ballet Summer Intensive in NY, as well as numerous master classes. During her years of dancing she had the opportunities to perform in Walt Disney World, Memphis and Nashville, TN and Six Flags New England. In the summer of 2015, she attended the DanceLife Retreat Conference run by Rhee Gold in Phoenix, AR and trained with numerous instructors including Joe Lanteri, Scott Fowler, Thelma Goldberg, Roni Mahler, Bruce Marks, and Joe Tremaine.
